Delete your Watchflo account

You can request deletion of your Watchflo app account and associated app data from inside the app or through the web request pathway below.

Delete from the app

If you can access Watchflo, this is the fastest deletion path.

Open the Watchflo app.
Go to your profile or settings area.
Choose the account deletion option.
Review the confirmation message and submit the deletion request.

Deleting your account removes your Watchflo account and associated Watchflo data, including watches, wishlist items, wrist-time logs, service records, reminders, support requests, watch photos, documents, and subscription records stored by Watchflo.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email Watchflo support from the email address associated with your account.

Email deletion request

Include your account email, device platform, and any details needed to verify and locate your account. Do not send your password or payment card details.

Important details

Deleting your Watchflo account is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you have an active Watchflo Pro subscription, cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Account deletion does not automatically cancel app store billing.
Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or app store subscription records, as described in the Privacy Policy.
