How do I cancel Watchflo Pro?
Cancel through the App Store or Google Play account where you purchased the subscription. Watchflo does not directly manage app store billing or refunds.

How do I delete my account?
In the Watchflo app, open your profile or settings area and use the account deletion option. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page to email support.
Why are AI features unavailable?
AI Fast Log and Strap AI require Watchflo Pro and an active internet connection. They may also be rate limited to keep the service reliable.
Why are wrist-time logs or Deep Insights unavailable?
Wrist-time logging and Deep Insights are Watchflo Pro features. Deep Insights also works best after you have added watches and logged enough wrist-time history.
Can Watchflo appraise or authenticate my watch?
No. Watchflo helps you organize your collection and track your own records. It is not an appraisal, authentication, insurance, or financial advisory service.
